Specific projects include strategic planning initiatives, regional integrated mobility plans, short range transit plans, comprehensive operational analyses, bus network redesigns, customer and community satisfaction surveys, and zero- emission fleet rollout and implementation plans.

ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNLA METRO-COUNTYWIDE PLANNING

Assisting the department with feasibility studies and research examining potential new rail line construction in Los Angeles County to help expand multimodal mobility and accessibility throughout the county.
Specifically, assisting with the Sepulveda Transit Corridor project through creating presentation slide decks, compiling Planning Procedures Handbooks, assisting with research, coordinating meetings with consultants, stakeholders, and the Metro Team, and compiling and coordinating project schedules and Gantt charts.
ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNLA METRO-ASSET MANAGEMENT
January 2018 - August 2018
Assisted with asset inventory information for Metro and Metro-affiliated public transportation providers in the Los Angeles area to compile group and individual Transit Asset Management Plans for the Federal Transportation Authority.
Assisted with compiling Metro capital assets in databases for long-term plans to maintain assets in a state of good repair in accordance with Metro’s Long-Range Transportation Plan.

Worked as project manager over three food distribution programs to distribute grant funds and resources, manage program quality assurance and compliance, federal government reporting, and program budget management.
Conducted feasibility analyses to asses program expansion and worked closely with cities and municipal stakeholders to manage program growth and operations.
Managed transportation logistics and operations of off-site distributions for food distribution programs.
CALFRESH CAPACITY COORDINATORAMERICORPS VISTA

Created partnerships with community-based organizations, cities, and municipal entities to expand Second Harvest’s CalFresh program and decrease barriers to access for in-need populations in Orange County.
Helped to complete 324 CalFresh and Medi-Cal applications between November 2015 and 2016 with an approval rating of 74%.
Program management of Second Harvest’s internship program that included recruitment and management of 22 student interns who conducted CalFresh and Medi-Cal application assistance, community outreach and education, and client case management.
